playlist/dynamic stops giving songs New Reply

Over the weekend, we've seen playlist/dynamic stop issuing new songs when stepping through a playlist. This regularly happens about 4-5 tracks into any playlist with bucket=tracks&bucket=id:7digital-US. Is this a known condition? It directly affects our end-users' experience.

One thing I noticed was that multiple requests with the same parameter would "recycle" the session_id. That was unexpected behavior.
