Hello, I want to know the range of value of these three type (tempo, beats loudness) of information. So that I can figure out the key value to determine the song is loud or soft, and the tempo is fast or slow. Thanks for answering the question.

Tempo ranges roughly from 40 to 240 BPM. You can see an example of distribution computed for about 10k tracks here

Loudness is in dB and ranges from -60dB to roughly +10 dB. There is no other beat information than time and confidence. I assume you meant to say segment loudness.

Note that fast reggae may have the same tempo as slow disco. And loud classical music can have the same sound pressure as soft techno. There's even music that doesn't sound like music but still is music!
