Synchstring New Reply

I see over on github a project that gives an example of using 'Syncstrings' api to combat waveform sync problems for timing properties. This sounds like it would be extremely useful when analysing tracks, but the FAQ comically reads Q: Can I use this yet? A: No. The current API doesn't return synchstrings yet.

Is this feature becoming public any time soon?

We're working on it now, and I hope it'll be out sometime in the next month. There are a few steps involved, so hard to say for sure. Stay tuned.
