Beginner: dirac & vcvarsall.bat New Reply

Hello,

I'm here attempting to check out Tristan Jehan's swinger code. Here's the issue I'm having:

Environment: Windows XP-32bit, Python version 2.6.2

When trying to install swinger.py, error on line 14 - import dirac

ImportError: No module named dirac

So, I attempt to install dirac: from pydirac directory - python setup.py install
running install
running build
running build_ext
building 'dirac' extension
error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat

Any ideas? Thanks
