We've created a much more developer friendly terms-of-service for our developer APIs along with a legalese-free set of ground rules that make it easier to understand how you can use our APIs.

We've also eliminated some of the 'call this no more than once per hour' restrictions we had on some of the artist calls.
We've changed the caching policy to now allow and encourage caching of data to improve performance and reduce latency.
